IEEE CCEM 2025: Call for Papers

The Thirteenth IEEE International Conference on Cloud Computing in Emerging Markets (CCEM) is scheduled to take place on November 6th, 7th, and 8th, 2025, at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Mysuru.

The CCEM conference series, established in 2012, focuses on cloud computing as a dominating and revolutionary paradigm in information technology. It addresses its impact across various sectors and delves into research areas such as networking, storage, security, virtualization, efficient cloud architectures, enormous multi-tenancy, cloud application and service design, and cloud service administration. The conference also highlights the dynamic role of AI in content production tailored for specific audiences.

Submission Types and Guidelines

IEEE CCEM 2025 invites submissions in the following categories:

Technical Research Papers

• Format: Max 8 pages (Full Paper) or Max 5 pages (Short Paper).
• Review Process: Double-blind.
• Awards: Potential to win Best Research Paper Winner & Runner-Up awards.

Student Project Showcase

• Format: Max 3 pages.
• Additional Requirement: 3-minute YouTube demo.
• Awards: Potential to win Best Student Project Showcase awards.

TechnoBiz Plan Proposals

• Format: Max 3 pages.
• Additional Requirement: 3-minute YouTube demo.
• Awards: Potential to win Best TechnoBiz Plan Proposal awards.

Template Requirements

A mandatory template is provided for IEEE CCEM 2025 Research Papers, TechnoBiz Plans & Proposals. It includes specific sections such as Title, Author Names with Email IDs & Company/College Name & URL, Abstract/Synopsis (100 words / Two Paragraphs), Introduction/Research Claims/What is in scope & what is not in scope, Related Work, Theoretical Framework, Architecture/Design & Modeling, Experimentations & Data Analysis with discussions, Conclusions & Validation of Claims, and References cited.

Review Process

All technical research papers will undergo a double-blind review process.

Awards

Awards for Best Research Paper Winner & Runner-Up, Best Student Project Showcase, and Best TechnoBiz Plan Proposal will be presented.

Important Dates & Deadlines

• Paper Submission Deadline: 8th September 2025 (Hard Deadline - No Extensions)
• Notification of Acceptance: 10th October 2025 (Decision emails sent by this date)
• Early Bird Registration Deadline: 15th October 2025 (Save 20% with early registration)
• Camera Ready Submission Due Date: 25th October 2025 (Required for inclusion in proceedings)
• Main Conference: 6th-8th November 2025

Conference Format

The conference will be a Three-day event featuring invited talks, peer-reviewed paper presentations, tutorials, a technology showcase, followed by a panel discussion.
