Overview

EuroSys 2025, the 20th edition of the European Conference on Computer Systems, will be held in Rotterdam from March 30 to April 3, 2025. The conference is co-located with ACM ASPLOS 2025, allowing attendees to register for both events with a single fee. The event will feature workshops on the first day, followed by three days of the main conference track, focusing on high-quality papers across various aspects of computer systems research.

EuroSys 2025: Call for Papers

EuroSys 2025, the 20th edition of the European Conference on Computer Systems, is a premier international forum for presenting computer systems research. It will be jointly organized with ACM ASPLOS 2025 and co-located in Rotterdam, with a shared registration fee.

Submission Process

EuroSys 2025 adopts a dual-deadline format with distinct spring and fall submission periods. Accepted papers from both deadlines will be presented at EuroSys 2025 and appear in the proceedings.

Spring Deadline

  • Paper titles and abstracts due: Tuesday May 14, 2024 (AoE)

Revision Policy

Papers rejected from the spring deadline may be revised and resubmitted for the fall deadline. Papers rejected from the fall deadline may be revised and resubmitted for the spring deadline of EuroSys 2026. Revised papers are re-evaluated, and acceptance is not guaranteed. Author responses are strictly limited to 1000 words.

Submission Guidelines

  • Anonymity: Reviewing is double-blind. Authors must anonymize submissions, referencing their prior work in the third person.
  • Prior Publication & Concurrent Submission: Adhere to ACM's policies on Prior Publication and Simultaneous Submissions.
  • Benchmarking: Avoid the "Systems Benchmarking Crimes" list.
  • Generative AI: Review ACM's Policy on Authorship regarding generative AI.
  • Conflicts: Provide information about conflicts with PC members (institution, advisor, collaboration) during submission. Contact PC chairs for clarification.
  • Page Limit & Formatting: Submissions may have at most 12 pages of technical content (excluding bibliography). Supplementary material can be uploaded separately.
    • Use A4 or US letter paper size.
    • Text and figures must fit within a 178 x 229 mm block.
    • Use ≥10-point font with ≥12-point leading.
    • Graphs and figures must be readable in grayscale.
    • Use the official SIGPLAN LaTeX or MS Word templates.
  • Artifact Evaluation: Authors are encouraged to supply source code and raw data for artifact evaluation.
