IEEE BIBE 2025: Call for Papers

The 25th annual IEEE International Conference on Bioinformatics and BioEngineering (BIBE 2025) aims to build synergies among Bioinformatics, Bioengineering, and Biomedical disciplines. These synergies have led to advances in understanding complex issues across medicine, bioengineering, biological systems, health, environmental science, public healthcare, food, forensics, and wearable/assistive devices.

The BIBE series provides a common platform for cross-fertilization of ideas and shaping knowledge by bridging these disciplines into an interactive and engaging forum.

Submission Guidelines

• Submissions must contain original, high-quality work that has not been submitted or published elsewhere.
• Papers should be submitted electronically in .pdf format.
• Papers should conform to IEEE specifications: single-spaced, double-column, 10-point font size, up to 8 pages.

Presentation Requirements

• Each accepted paper must be presented by one of the authors.
• At least one full registration fee payment is required to guarantee publication in the proceedings.
• All accepted papers will be included in the proceedings of BIBE 2025, published by the IEEE Computer Society.

Doctoral Short Presentations

Doctoral students have the opportunity to present their research work (in poster e-form, with special arrangement).

Awards

• 2 BIBE Best Papers (BI & BE) will be selected.
• Numerous Best Student papers will also be announced during the Conference.

Special Issues

Extended versions of the best papers will be invited for publication in special issues of IEEE Journals and the Int. Journal on AI Tools.
