Overview
The 58th IEEE/ACM International Symposium on Microarchitecture (MICRO 2025) is the premier forum for presenting and discussing innovative microarchitecture ideas for advanced computing and communication systems. The symposium will be held from October 18 to October 22, 2025, in Seoul, Korea, fostering technical exchange between academic researchers and industrial designers.
Call for Papers
The International Symposium on Microarchitecture® (MICRO) is the premier forum for the presentation and discussion of new ideas in microarchitecture, compilers, hardware/software interfaces, and the design of advanced computing and communication systems.
MICRO 2025 aims to bring together researchers in the fields of microarchitecture, compilers, and systems for technical exchange. The conference fosters close interaction between academic researchers and industrial designers.

Submission Guidelines
Paper Submission
- Submissions should follow the guidelines and formatting rules specified on the conference website.
- Papers that violate these guidelines and rules may be returned to author(s) without review.

- All submissions must be uploaded on HotCRP: https://micro2025.hotcrp.com/
Review Process
- Papers will go through a rigorous peer-review process.
- All accepted papers will be presented at the conference.
- The review process is double-blind, allowing Program Committee members and the Organizing Committee to submit papers subject to conflict-of-interest declarations.
