SERA 2025: Call for Papers

The 23rd IEEE/ACIS International Conference on Software Engineering, Management and Applications (SERA 2025) brings together researchers, scientists, engineers, industry practitioners, and students to discuss, encourage, and exchange new ideas, research results, and experiences on all aspects of Software Engineering, Management, and Applications.

The conference will take place from May 29-31, 2025, at the UNLV Campus in Las Vegas, USA.

Topics of Interest

SERA 2025 aims to facilitate cross-fertilizations among, and is soliciting papers in the key technology enabling areas, encompassing all aspects of Software Engineering, Management, and Applications.

• Full Paper Submission: March 28, 2025 (extended)
• Acceptance Notification (papers submitted by March 14): April 11, 2025 (postponed)
• Acceptance Notification (papers submitted after March 14): April 11, 2025

Authors are invited to submit their full papers following the provided instructions. All accepted papers must have at least one author registered by the camera-ready deadline to be included in the proceedings.

Registration Categories and Fees:

• Regular Registration (In-Person):
  • By April 18, 2025: $750
  • After April 18, 2025: $800
• Student Registration (In-Person):
  • By April 18, 2025: $400
  • After April 18, 2025: $450
• Online Registration (Virtual Participation):
  • Regular: $450
  • Student: $300

Additional Fees:

• Extra Page Charge: $100 per page (up to 2 extra pages allowed)
• Extra Paper Charge: $400 (for one additional paper if presenting multiple)

What Registration Includes:

• In-person registration includes: Conference Proceedings (USB or digital download), reception, coffee breaks, and lunches for three days, plus a banquet.
• Online registration includes: Digital proceedings only.
• IEEE/ACIS Membership: 1-year membership is included with registration.

Refund Policy: Registration fees are non-refundable after April 18, 2025. Cancellations prior to April 18, 2025, are subject to a $100 processing fee.

Publication

Conference proceedings will be published by IEEE and ACIS, and will be available as a USB or digital download for in-person attendees, and digitally for online attendees.
