Inscrypt 2024: Call for Papers

The 20th China International Conference on Information Security and Cryptology (Inscrypt 2024), in cooperation with IACR, will be held in Kunming, China, from December 14 to 16, 2024. The conference is co-organized by Yunnan University, Shandong University, Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., Quan Cheng Shandong Laboratory, and the Chinese Association for Cryptologic Research of China.

Inscrypt is an annual conference targeting top research results in information security, cryptology, and their applications. It seeks high-quality research contributions in the form of well-developed papers, organized into two successive tracks for crypto and security.

The conference proceedings will be published by Springer-Verlag in the LNCS series.

This year, Inscrypt will be co-located with the 9th Security Standardisation Research (SSR 2024) Conference. More details can be found at https://ssresearch24.github.io/.

Submission Guidelines

• The conference language is English.
• All submissions must be anonymous, with no author names, affiliations, acknowledgments, or obvious references.
• Papers should begin with a title, a short abstract, and a list of keywords. The introduction should summarize the contributions at a level appropriate for a non-specialist reader.
• Papers must be intelligible and self-contained within 20 pages including references and appendices.
• Submissions not meeting these guidelines risk rejection without consideration of their merits.
• All submissions must describe original research that is not published or currently under review by another conference or journal.
• It is highly advised to prepare the submissions in the Springer LNCS format.

Registration Fees

Registration fees for Inscrypt 2024 (co-located with SSR 2024) are as follows:

• Inscrypt&SSR Author Registration (Regular Author Registration): 3900 CNY / 550 USD
• Inscrypt&SSR Participant Registration (Participant Registration): 3000 CNY / 420 USD

If a paper exceeds 20 pages, extra pages will cost RMB 1,500 or USD 200 per page. The maximum number of additional pages cannot exceed 6 pages (total maximum 26 pages).

How to Register

1. Fill out the registration form with all required details.
2. Email the filled form to inscrypt2024@163.com with the subject: Inscrypt 2024 Registration for #PAPER-ID (if applicable) #NAME #Work unit.
   • Include a copy of the bank draft or bank wire receipt or Transaction ID of your registration fee payment.
   • (For Author registration only) Include the name of the author who will give the presentation during the conference.
