Overview

The 2025 World Congress in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and Applied Computing (CSCE'25) will be held in Las Vegas, USA, from July 21-24, 2025. This congress is among the top five largest annual gatherings of researchers in computer science, computer engineering, data science, artificial intelligence, STEM, and applied computing, attracting participants from around 75 countries. The event includes 21 major tracks with technical, research, and panel sessions, as well as keynote lectures and tutorials. Both in-person and online presentation options are available.

WORLDCOMP 2025: Call for Papers

The 2025 World Congress in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and Applied Computing (WORLDCOMP) will be held July 21-24, 2025, in Las Vegas, USA.

WORLDCOMP is among the top five largest annual gatherings of researchers in computer science, computer engineering, data science, artificial intelligence, STEM, and applied computing, attracting attendees from approximately 75 countries.

The Congress includes 21 major joint-conferences (tracks) that will be held simultaneously:

Submission Instructions

  • For the submission of draft papers, ALL REASONABLE FORMATTING/TYPESETTING ARE ACCEPTABLE.
  • Authors of ACCEPTED papers will later receive specific typesetting instructions to prepare their final versions.
  • The final papers are expected to use the standard Springer Nature typesetting format available at: https://www.springer.com/gp/computer-science/lncs/conference-proceedings-guidelines
  • Authors can find MS WORD and LaTeX templates in the above link.
  • Prospective authors are invited to submit their papers by uploading them to the evaluation web site at: https://american-cse.org/drafts/
  • All submissions must be original and must not have been previously published or currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  • For categories of papers and page limitations, refer to: https://american-cse.org/csce2025/paper_categories
  • Submissions must be uploaded by the due date and must be in either PDF or MS WORD formats.

Paper Formatting

The first page of the paper should include the following:

  • Title of the paper
  • Name, affiliation, City, Country, and email address of each author (identify the name of the Contact Author). It's preferred that the Contact Authors provide email addresses that can be traced.
  • Abstract (between 100 and 120 words)
  • A maximum of 6 topical keywords (Indexed Terms) that would best represent the work described in the paper.
  • After the topical keywords, write the type of the submission as "Regular Research Paper", "Short Research Paper", or "Extended Abstract/Poster Research Paper". See paper categories at: https://american-cse.org/csce2025/paper_categories
  • The actual text of the paper can start from the first page.

Publication

All accepted papers will be published by Springer Nature in the proceedings (Research Books) and indexed in major Science Citation Indexation databases, including Scopus, DBLP, EI Engineering Index, Springer Link, Google Scholar, Web of Science, ACM Digital Library, and others.

Presentation Options

This year's Congress will be held in person (face-to-face); however, online presentation options will also be available for authors and speakers who are unable to attend physically. Refer to the link below for Presentation Options:
