The 21st EAI International Conference on Collaborative Computing: Networking, Applications and Worksharing (EAI CollaborateCom 2025) will be held in Shanghai, China, from November 15 to November 16, 2025.

Recognized by the prestigious China Computer Federation (CCF) ranking, EAI CollaborateCom 2025 is a leading global event in computer science. It offers a unique platform to explore the latest innovations in electronic collaboration, including networking, systems, user interfaces, and specialized tools. The conference serves as a premier international forum for discussion among academic and industrial researchers, practitioners, and students interested in collaborative networking, technology and systems, and applications.

Scope and Topics

The conference focuses on the electronic collaboration between distributed teams of humans, computer applications, and/or autonomous robots, aiming to achieve higher productivity and produce joint products. Future collaboration solutions are driven by advancements in:

  • Networking, technology, and systems
  • User interfaces and interaction paradigms
  • Interoperation with application-specific components and tools

Key areas of interest include, but are not limited to, collaborative networking, technology and systems, user interfaces, specialized tools, and the integration of humans, applications, and autonomous systems.

Publication Opportunities

All registered and presented papers will be submitted for publishing by Springer and made available through the SpringerLink Digital Library. Proceedings will be submitted for inclusion in leading indexing services, such as Web of Science, Compendex, Scopus, DBLP, EU Digital Library, IO-Port, MatchSciNet, Inspec and Zentralblatt MATH.

Authors of selected papers will be invited to submit an extended version to prestigious journals including:

  • Springer Wireless Networks (WINET) Journal (IF: 2.1)
  • EAI Endorsed Transactions series (Scalable Information Systems, Mobile Communications and Applications, e-Learning)
  • EAI Endorsed Transactions on Pervasive Health and Technology
  • EAI Endorsed Transactions on Energy Web

Additional publication opportunities include EAI Transactions series (Open Access) and the EAI/Springer Innovations in Communications and Computing Book Series.

Submission Guidelines

  • Papers must be submitted electronically through the official conference submission portal. Authors are advised to refer to the conference website for the submission link and detailed instructions.
  • Authors are required to follow the guidelines provided in the Author's Kit – Instructions and Templates for paper formatting.
  • Accepted contribution types include regular papers, short papers (work in progress), ideas, extended abstracts, posters, presentations, and demos.
  • At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the paper at the conference for it to be included in the proceedings.
