Call for papers

Call for Papers

The 21st International Conference on Artificial Intelligence Applications and Innovations (AIAI 2025) invites authors to electronically submit original, English-language research works. This conference provides a prestigious forum for Artificial Intelligence scholars to communicate and disseminate innovative research advances, and aims to bring together delegates from academia and industry to share pioneer ideas, foster networking, and examine important AI ethical aspects. AIAI has been held continuously since 2005, under the auspices of IFIP WG12.5.

Submission Guidelines

Paper Length and Formatting

  • The standard paper submission length has been increased to 14 pages (including references).
  • Papers must be formatted according to the Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) series format.
  • The minimum length of submitted papers must be no less than 8 pages. Manuscripts with less than 8 pages will be immediately rejected.

Originality and Review Process

  • Submitted papers must present unpublished work and must not be under consideration for publication in other journals or conferences.
  • All submitted papers will be evaluated by at least two independent reviewers for quality, correctness, originality, and relevance.
  • Accept/Reject notifications and reviews will be sent to authors via email.

Publication and Presentation

  • Accepted papers will be included in the Springer IFIP AICT Series Proceedings and will be available online.
  • The Hybrid Conference allows authors of accepted papers to present their work either Physically (on-site) at the venue or Remotely (on-line).
  • ATTENTION…!!! A paper may not be included in the proceedings if the requirements are not met, or if the registration fee is not received by the deadline for the camera-ready submission.
