Overview

The 25th International Conference on Web Engineering (ICWE 2025) will be held in Delft, Netherlands, from June 30 to July 3, 2025. The conference is the premier annual event for Web Engineering and associated technologies, focusing on the design, creation, maintenance, operation, and usage of Web applications. This year's edition highlights the theme 'The Inclusive Web: Realizing Safe, Accessible, Inclusive, and Sustainable Web Engineering'.

Call for Contributions - ICWE 2025

The 25th International Conference on Web Engineering (ICWE 2025) is the premier annual conference on Web Engineering and associated technologies. It will be held in Delft, Netherlands, from June 30 to July 3, 2025.

General Theme

The 25th edition of ICWE particularly invites contributions under the following general theme:
The Inclusive Web: Realizing Safe, Accessible, Inclusive, and Sustainable Web Engineering
This theme focuses on designing innovative Web technology that is fair, ethical, transparent, privacy-preserving, trustworthy, and inclusive for all. Contributions on any other topic related to Web Engineering are also welcome.

Submission Guidelines

  • Contributions should be submitted via the conference website. Specific links for each track are available: Call for Contributions
  • Accepted contributions will be included in the ICWE 2025 Springer LNCS proceedings.
  • Only .pdf or .doc files will be accepted for paper submission.
  • Final author manuscripts for regular papers should not exceed 6 pages; max 4 extra pages are allowed at additional cost.

Publication

  • Accepted contributions will be included in the ICWE 2025 Springer LNCS proceedings.
  • The best papers will be selected to be proposed, in extended form, as part of a special issue of the Journal of Web Engineering.
