The 21st International Conference on Information Systems Security (ICISS 2025) will be held at the Indian Institute of Technology Indore (IIT Indore) from December 16 to 20, 2025, in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. ICISS provides a dynamic platform for researchers, academicians, and industry professionals to discuss and explore advancements in cybersecurity, cryptography, system security, and hardware security.

Submission Guidelines

• Type of Submissions: Original research works, industry/demo papers, PhD Forum contributions, and tutorials.
• Language: English.
• Anonymity: Submissions must be anonymous for a double-blind peer review process. Follow the specific submission guidelines for anonymization.
• Format: Compiled as a single PDF file.
• Length: Research papers should not exceed 20 pages, including bibliography and appendices. SoK-type submissions are also welcome under the "Research Papers (SoK)" sub-track.
• Tracks: Submissions can be made under two distinct tracks: the regular research track and the industry/demo track.
• Awards: The conference will feature a Best Paper Award.
• Extended Versions: Extended versions of selected accepted papers will be invited for publication in SADHANA, the journal of the Indian Academy of Sciences.
• Short Papers: The program committee may ask authors to shorten their papers to 8 pages for presentation in a poster session.
• Demo Track: Proofs of Concept (PoCs) of security applications are accepted under a separate demo track, allowing submission of artifacts.

Publication

PROCEEDINGS OF ICISS 2025 WILL BE PUBLISHED BY SPRINGER LNCS.

Registration and Presentation

At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full rate. The paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless permission for a substitute presenter is granted by the TPC co-chairs.

Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final correctly formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the Springer LNCS proceedings.
