Submission Guidelines
General Information
- Regular Research Papers & Experiment, Benchmark & Experience Papers: Up to 10 pages excluding references. Up to 2 additional pages after references can be used for appendices. Submissions exceeding page limits will be desk-rejected.
- Short Papers: 4 pages (including references).
- Paper Titles: For Experiment, Benchmark & Experience papers, include the suffix
[Experiment]
in the title (e.g., 'Evaluating spatial navigation systems on Mars [Experiment]'). This suffix will be removed for the camera-ready version. - Authors: ACM SIGSPATIAL 2025 is a single-blind conference. Author names and affiliations should be listed in the submitted version. The author list is final after the submission deadline.
- AI Disclosure: Authors are responsible for all submitted manuscripts and must disclose the use of AI software tools in their paper.
- Conflict of Interest (COI): Authors must review and follow the ACM Policy on Conflict of Interest for ACM Publications and mark any potential conflicts on the submission website. Doubts should be clarified with the PC Chairs.
- Inappropriate Content: ACM Publications cannot be used to propagate political or religious views or denigrate individuals or groups. See ACM Policy on inappropriate content.
Formatting and Camera-Ready
- Format: Manuscripts must be submitted in PDF format using the ACM camera-ready templates, specifically the Conference Proceedings Primary Article template (two-column format).
- Submission Platform: All papers should be submitted through EasyChair: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=sigspatial2025
- Camera-Ready: Detailed instructions for preparing the camera-ready copy will be provided to accepted authors via email.
Registration and Presentation Policy
Each accepted paper must have a separate paid author registration. At least one author must attend the conference in person to present the accepted submission. Failure to do so will result in the paper not appearing in the conference proceedings or the ACM Digital Library.
