Overview

The IEEE World Congress on SERVICES (SERVICES 2025), sponsored by the IEEE Computer Society and the Technical Community on Services Computing (TCSVC), will be held in Helsinki, Finland from July 7-12, 2025. This in-person event with zoom support for remote presentations encompasses six theme conferences covering all aspects of services computing and applications. Key topics include cloud, edge, IoT, intelligent computing, Big Data, and blockchain. The congress includes symposia and workshops for in-depth discussions and welcomes original paper submissions.

IEEE SERVICES 2025: Call for Papers

The 2025 IEEE World Congress on SERVICES (SERVICES 2025) will be held in Helsinki, Finland from July 7-12, 2025. It's an in-person event with Zoom support for remote presentations.

About SERVICES 2025

The IEEE World Congress on SERVICES (SERVICES 2025) is solely sponsored by the IEEE Computer Society under the auspice of the Technical Community on Services Computing (TCSVC). The scope of SERVICES 2025 covers all aspects of services computing and applications, current or emerging.

Centered around services computing, SERVICES 2025 covers various systems and networking research pertaining to cloud, edge and Internet-of Things (IoT), as well as technologies for intelligent computing, learning, Big Data and blockchain applications, addressing critical issues such as knowledge network, high performance, security, privacy, dependability, trustworthiness, and cost-effectiveness.

In addition to co-located theme-topic conferences, the Congress will also include symposia and workshops supporting deep-dive discussions on emerging important topics, and complement the SERVICES 2025 program with industry and application presentations and panels.

Submission Guidelines

Authors are invited to prepare and submit original papers to any of the conferences via www.easychair.org.

  • Language: English
  • Paper size and format: US Letter; Two-column format in the IEEE style. Use the paper template in WORD, LaTeX or Overleaf.
  • Every “Regular Paper” manuscript: 7 to 10 pages for the main contents (including all text, footnotes, figures, tables and appendices) with additional pages for appropriate references.
  • Every “Short Paper” manuscript: 4 to 6 pages for the main contents (including all text, footnotes, figures, tables and appendices) with additional pages for appropriate references.
  • Every “Work-in-Progress” (WIP) manuscript: up to 3 pages (including main contents and references).
  • Number of Keywords: Five to eight keywords for each paper
  • File format: One single PDF file without embedded videos
  • Authorship: The list of authors cannot be changed after the submission deadline.
  • Anonymous manuscripts: All conferences affiliated with IEEE SERVICES implement a double-blind reviewing process. Author names and affiliations should not appear in the paper.
  • AI Generated Content: The use of AI-generated content must be disclosed in the acknowledgments section.

Paper Designators

Every paper must be registered with a correct paper designator, which is a combination of the designator prefix and the paper id generated by EasyChair.

For the six main conferences, the naming template is ConfSymAcronym_PaperType_PaperNumber

Presentation Policy

  • All papers must be registered.
  • Authors must participate in the conference and present their papers. Remote presentation with a recorded video as backup is allowed.
  • Each paper must be presented in English.
  • All remote presenters with papers in the proceedings must upload a pre-recorded video of their presentation.
