Overview
The 15th International Conference on Indoor Positioning and Indoor Navigation (IPIN 2025) will be held in Tampere, Finland, from September 15-18, 2025. This edition will be a face-to-face event, welcoming participants to explore the latest advancements in indoor positioning and navigation technologies.
IPIN 2025: Call for Papers
The 15th International Conference on Indoor Positioning and Indoor Navigation (IPIN 2025) invites submissions for its various tracks. The conference will be held from 15-18 September 2025 in Tampere, Finland.
Submission Types
- Call for Regular Papers: High-quality technical papers reporting original work not previously published or submitted elsewhere.
- Call for Workshop (WCAL) Papers: For the Workshop for Computing & Advanced Localization (WCAL), co-located with IPIN 2025.
- Call for Special Sessions: Proposals for focused sessions on specific topics.
Regular Papers
- Description: Original and unpublished full articles reporting original work.
- Length: Limited to 6 IEEE format pages (including references). Authors are encouraged to submit 6 pages. Final papers can be up to 8 pages long with additional page fees.
- Review Process: Single-blind review process by at least two reviewers.
- Publication: Accepted regular papers will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
- Best Papers: Six best papers will be selected and awarded, with winners receiving an APC waiver for publication of extended versions in the IEEE Journal of Indoor and Seamless Positioning and Navigation (J-ISPIN).
