Overview

The 22nd Annual International Conference on Privacy, Security, and Trust (PST2025) will be held in Fredericton, Canada, from August 26-28, 2025. This hybrid event, technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Computer Society, offers keynotes, technical presentations, posters, special sessions, and an Industrial Day. PST provides a premier forum for sharing advances in cybersecurity research and security applications.

Call for Papers: 22nd Annual International Conference on Privacy, Security, and Trust (PST2025)

The 22nd Annual International Conference on Privacy, Security, and Trust (PST2025) will be held August 26-28, 2025, in Fredericton, Canada, as a hybrid event. PST provides a premier forum for sharing advances in cybersecurity research and security applications.

Submission Guidelines

High-quality papers in all PST-related areas that, at the time of submission, are not under review and have not already been published or accepted for publication elsewhere are solicited.

  • Paper Length:
    • Regular papers: Up to 10 pages (including references).
    • Short papers: Up to 6 pages (including references).
    • Up to 2 additional pages will be allowed in each category with over-length charges of $100.00 (CND) per additional page.
  • Format: The standard IEEE two-column conference format should be used for all submissions. IEEE Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings can be downloaded here.
  • Submission Portal: All submissions must be made through the EasyChair system at https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=pst2025.
  • Registration: At least one author of an accepted paper must register by July 1, 2025, to ensure publication in the proceedings.

Double-blind Submission

Reviewing will be double-blind. Authors must ensure proper anonymization of their papers:

  • Do not include author names or affiliations in the title.
  • Do not include acknowledgments.
  • Refer to your own published work in the third person (e.g., "In the previous work of Jones et al.", not "In our previous work").
  • If citing own papers under review, use anonymous author names (e.g., "A. Anonymous").

PST2025 also organizes an Emerging Technologies and Trends Special Session to provide a forum for researchers to present and discuss their work in focused areas.

Journal Special Issue

Selected papers will be invited for a Special Issue of Cryptography focusing on cryptographic techniques in privacy, security, and trust. More details are available here.
