Contribution Types

• Full Papers: Accomplished research results, maximum 8 pages (5,000 words).
• Short Papers: Work in progress reports or fresh developments, maximum 4 pages (2,500 words).
• Reflection Papers: Review recent research literature, analyze trends, or discuss important issues, maximum 2 pages (1500 words).
• Posters / Demonstrations: One page maximum (625 words) besides the poster or demonstration.
• Tutorials: Proposals of maximum 250 words.
• Panels: Discussions on selected topics, proposals of maximum 250 words.
• Invited Talks: Abstract will be included in the conference proceedings.
• Doctoral Consortium: Discuss ongoing work of PhD students. Contributions should not exceed 2,500 words (4 pages).
• Corporate Showcases & Exhibitions: For companies to present developments, applications, future directions, products, and services.

Review Process

This is a blind peer-reviewed conference.

Important Dates

• Submission Deadline (2nd CFP): 25 July 2025
• Notification to Authors (2nd CFP): 1 September 2025
• Final Camera-Ready Submission and Early Registration (1st CFP): Until 18 July 2025
• Late Registration (1st CFP): After 18 July 2025
• Conference: 1 – 3 November 2025

Publication

• The conference proceedings will be published in the form of a book and digital copy with ISBN.
• Each published paper will be allocated a DOI (Digital Object Identifier) number.
• Proceedings will be submitted (pending approval) to various indexing services.
• Extended versions of the best papers will be selected for publication in the IADIS Journal on Computer Science and Information Systems (ISSN: 1646-3692), indexed by Emerging Sources Citation Index by Thomson Reuters.
