Call for Papers - IV 2025

The International Conference on Information Visualisation (IV) 2025 focuses on current hot topics such as Information Visualisation, Visual Analytics, Business Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science, enabling the comprehension of information driving our society.

Submission Types

Your work may be submitted as:

• Full paper: 6 pages (IEEE format). An additional 4 pages are possible, subject to excess fee charges.
• Short paper: 4 pages (IEEE format).
• Poster presentation: Accepted poster contributions will be accompanied by a 4-page paper in the proceedings.

• Symposium Submission Deadline: February 1, 2025 (Some symposium submission deadlines extended to June 8, 2025)

• Closing Date for Paper Submissions (Revised): May 15, 2025
• Submission of Tutorials (Revised): June 15, 2025
• Submission of Posters (Revised): June 15, 2025
• Notification of Reviewing Result – Acceptance or Rejection (Revised): June 15, 2025
• Early Registration Closes (Reduced Fee): June 20, 2025
• Submission of Computer Animation Deadline: June 20, 2025
• Submission of Camera-Ready (Revised): June 25, 2025
• Closing Date for Submission of Video / Poster Display Version: June 30, 2025
• Doctoral Research Workshop Abstract Submission Closing Date: June 30, 2025
• Researchers Link Submission Closing Date: June 30, 2025
• Tutorial Registration Cancellation & Refund Date: June 30, 2025
• Pre-Registration Date: July 20, 2025 (Forms submitted after this date will require repayment at the conference)
• Registration Close: July 20, 2025
• Tutorial Day and Doctoral Research Workshop: August 5, 2025
• Conference Days: August 06 – 08, 2025

Publication

Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IV 2025 Conference Proceedings and submitted to Conference Publishing Services, as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases such as EI Compendex, ScienceDirect, Scopus, Web of Knowledge, Thomson ISI, and IET Inspect. Extended versions of selected papers will be published as a special issue or edited books.

Awards

IV2025 will present the following awards:

• IV2025 Best Paper of the Year Award
• IV2025 The Young Researcher of the Year Award (Conditions: Age 40 and younger, must be a presenter)
• Best Oral Presentation Award
• Best Research Award (For poster presentations)
