Asiacrypt 2025, organized by the International Association for Cryptologic Research (IACR), will be held in Melbourne, Australia, from December 8-12, 2025. The conference focuses on all aspects of cryptology.
ASIACRYPT 2025: Call for Papers
ASIACRYPT 2025 will take place in Melbourne, Australia from December 8-12, 2025. This conference is organized by the International Association for Cryptologic Research (IACR).
General Information
The proceedings will be published by Springer in the Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) series. We solicit all original research papers on all aspects of cryptology for submission.
This call for papers is also available as a PDF (updated April 25th, 2025).
As a general IACR conference, ASIACRYPT aims to be inclusive, accepting topics suitable for any IACR area conference.

Authors should be aware that there is a new policy on the use of AI tools by authors.

Schedule and Review Process
ASIACRYPT 2025 will operate a two-round review system with a rebuttal phase.
- First Round: The program committee selects a subset of submissions for further consideration. Authors receive first-round notification with review comments.
- Second Round: Authors of selected submissions can submit a text-based rebuttal letter. The program committee further reviews submissions, considering rebuttals and responding to reviewer questions.
PC chairs make the final decision in consultation with area chairs and reviewers.
Artifacts
Authors of accepted papers are invited to submit artifacts (e.g., software, datasets) for review to encourage open and reproducible research. Artifacts passing review will be archived on IACR's artifact archive. Priority will be given to papers with machine-verified proofs.

- The Best Practical Paper must have an accepted artifact.
Stipends & Awards
- Student Waivers: Students whose papers are accepted and who will present their talks at the conference will have their registration waived. Contact the general chair for details.
- Stipends: A limited number of stipends are available for those unable to obtain funding. Students, those from underrepresented groups, and those presenting their own work are especially encouraged to apply. Requests should go to the general chair.
- Best Paper Awards: The program chairs may bestow Best Paper Awards (theory and practical) and a Best Early-Career Paper Award.
