IOLTS 2025, the 31st IEEE International Symposium on On-Line Testing and Robust System Design, will be held in Ischia, Italy, from July 7 to 9, 2025. This in-person event focuses on the robustness of microelectronic circuits and systems, covering various topics like dependable system design, on-line testing techniques, and design for security. The best papers will be invited for an IEEE TDMR special issue.
Call for Papers: IOLTS 2025
The 31st IEEE International Symposium on On-Line Testing and Robust System Design (IOLTS) will take place from July 7 to July 9, 2025, in Ischia, Italy at the Continental Ischia Hotel & SPA.
IOLTS is a forum for presenting novel ideas and experimental data on Online Testing techniques and, more generally, to Design for Robustness, Design for Reliability, and Design for Security.
