Frontiers in Education (FIE) 2025: Call for Abstracts

The Frontiers in Education (FIE) Conference is a premier international forum dedicated to advancing innovation and research in engineering and computing education.

The 2025 theme is 'Digital Riffs: Harmonizing Engineering and Computing Education for the Future.'

FIE features peer-reviewed papers (Work-in-progress (WIP) and Full papers), special sessions, pre-conference workshops, and panels across all engineering and computing education disciplines.

Submission Guidelines

• Full Papers: Up to nine pages.
• Work-in-Progress (WIP) Papers: Up to five pages.
• Categories for Full and WIP Papers:
  1. Innovative practice
  2. Research to practice
  3. Research
• Proposals: For panels, pre-conference workshops, and special sessions.

Call for Abstracts

Structured abstracts are being introduced to enhance feedback quality and align with reviewer rubrics. The conference is a catalyst for exchanging ideas and fostering collaboration among educators, researchers, and practitioners.

• Location: Nashville, Tennessee, USA
• Format: FIE 2025 is scheduled as an in-person meeting. For each accepted paper, one author must register and participate in the conference.
