MEDES 2025: Call For Papers

The International Conference on Management of Digital EcoSystems (MEDES) aims to bring together a diverse community from academia, research laboratories and industry interested in exploring the manifold challenges and issues related to web technologies and resource management of Digital Ecosystems. MEDES seeks related original research papers, industrial papers and proposals for demonstrations, tutorials and workshops.

MEDES 2025 will be held in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, from November 24-26, 2025.

Paper Submission Guidelines

• Submissions must be in electronic form as PDF format.
• The submitted paper should be at most 14 printed pages. Papers that fail to comply with the length limit will be rejected.
• Submissions will be peer-reviewed by at least 3 peer reviewers.
• Selection criteria will include: relevance, significance, impact, originality, technical soundness, and quality of presentation.
• Preference will be given to submissions that take strong or challenging positions on important emergent topics related to Digital Ecosystems.
• At least one author should attend the conference to present the paper.

Publication

The conference Proceedings will be published and indexed by Springer CCIS.

Special Issues:

Selected presented papers will be invited for submission to two Special Issues:

• WWW Journal (Impact factor: 3.0 – Rank: Q1)
• SN Computer Science (Impact factor: 3.78 – Rank: Q2)

Policies

• All contributions should be original and not published elsewhere or intended to be published during the review period.
• Contributions from more applied related fields in industry and commerce are very welcome.
• All accepted papers must be presented by one of the authors, who must register for the conference.
• Authors are requested to avoid plagiarism and self-plagiarism.
