WMSCI 2025: Call for Papers

The 29th World Multi-Conference on Systemics, Cybernetics and Informatics (WMSCI 2025) will be held in Orlando, Florida, USA from September 9 - 12, 2025.

WMSCI 2025 aims to promote discussions and interactions between researchers and practitioners focused on disciplinary, interdisciplinary, and transdisciplinary issues, ideas, concepts, theories, methodologies and applications.

Submissions

WMSCI 2025 accepts submissions for both Face-to-Face Participation and Virtual Participation.

Submission Options:

• Draft Paper (2000-5000 words): Reviewed by the two-tier reviewing methodology.
  • Face-to-Face Participation
  • Virtual Participation
• Extended Abstract (600-2000 words): Reviewed by the two-tier reviewing methodology.
  • Face-to-Face Participation
  • Virtual Participation
• Abstract (300-600 words): Reviewed for presentation-only; not included in the conference proceedings.
  • Face-to-Face Participation

Two-Tier Reviewing Methodology

WMSCI uses a two-tier reviewing methodology based on the proposal made by David Kaplan.

Authors should suggest 2-3 non-anonymous reviewers and provide links to their institutional or organizational web pages.

Publication

Authors of the best 25%-30% of the papers presented at the conference (including those virtually presented) will be invited to adapt their papers for publication in the Journal of Systemics, Cybernetics and Informatics.
