AICCSA 2025: Call for Research Papers

The ACS/IEEE 22nd International Conference on Computer Systems and Applications (AICCSA 2025) will be held as a hybrid event from October 19-22, 2025, at the Pullman Hotel, Doha, Qatar.

AICCSA is the premier conference covering all contemporary areas in computer systems and applications, providing an international forum for academics, industry researchers, developers, and practitioners to report and share groundbreaking contributions in various IT fields, ranging from distributed computing to data science, security, and machine learning.

Tracks

Submissions may include technical and experimental studies, theoretical studies, conceptual studies, or surveys. All submissions will be peer-reviewed on the basis of relevance, originality, importance, and clarity. The submissions should be assigned to one of the following tracks:

• Track 1: Ubiquitous, Parallel and Distributed Computing (including cloud, IoT, network, sensors, and blockchain technologies)
• Track 2: Security, Privacy, and Trust
• Track 3: Data Science, Knowledge Engineering, and Ontologies (including Information Retrieval, Big Data, Databases, and Knowledge Systems)
• Track 4: Artificial Intelligence & Cognitive Systems
• Track 5: Natural Language Processing
• Track 6: Multimedia, Computer Vision, and Image Processing

Special Tracks and Workshops

Proposals for Workshops and Special Tracks are also invited. Specific workshops include:

• Agentic AI for Stream and Service-based Systems (AA2S)
• Leveraging Large Language Models and AI for Intelligent Healthcare Systems (HealthLLM)
• International Workshop on Modern Technologies for Natural Disasters Management (NADIM)
• The 3rd International Workshop on Artificial Learning for Cyber Security (ALCS)
• Big Data Technologies and Analytics
• 8th International Workshop on Health Informatics: Ethical AI and Digital Twins: Transforming Health Outcomes (HOPE’25)

Publication in Journals

The best papers will be invited for publication in prestigious journals such as Computing (Springer Journal), The World Wide Web (WWW Journal by Springer), Expert Systems, and SN Computer Science (Springer Journal), following a round of extension and revision.

Submission Guidelines and Proceedings

• Manuscripts must be prepared in 10-point font using the IEEE 8.5″ x 11″ two-column conference format.
• All papers must not exceed 8 pages and should be exported in PDF format.
• Papers must be anonymous as IEEE AICCSA manages a double-blind review process.
• The official language for the conference is English.

Plagiarism and Acknowledging AI Tools

All accepted submissions will be cross-checked for plagiarism by IEEE. Papers found to be plagiarized will be rejected.

If applicable, authors must acknowledge the use of generative AI in the development of ideas, concepts, or content generation (e.g., images, text). The acknowledgment should describe the AI tool used, how the information was generated (including prompts), and the date accessed. This acknowledgment can be added as a footnote or at the end of the reference section.

Awards

• Best Paper Award: Given to the paper judged to be the best in quality, execution, and impact.
• Distinguished Papers Awards: A selection of candidate papers will also be awarded with a diploma.

Proceedings

Accepted papers will appear in the conference proceedings (IEEE XPlore) and will be indexed in the Web of Science Core Collection databases. The authors of selected best papers will be invited to extend their contributions for special issues.
