The IADIS Applied Computing 2025 conference aims to address the main issues of concern within the applied computing area and related fields. This conference covers essentially technical aspects. Innovative contributions that don’t fit into specific areas are also welcome.

Contribution Types

The conference will be composed of several types of contributions:

  • Full Papers – Mainly accomplished research results, max 8 pages (5,000 words).
  • Short Papers – Work in progress reports or fresh developments, max 4 pages (2,500 words).
  • Reflection Papers – Review recent research literature, max two pages (1500 words).
  • Posters / Demonstrations – One page max (625 words) besides the poster or demonstration.
  • Tutorials – A proposal of max 250 words is expected.
  • Panels – Discussions on selected topics. A proposal of max 250 words is expected.
  • Invited Talks – Contributions from well-known scholars and company representatives. An abstract will be included.
  • Doctoral Consortium – Contributions should take the form of either:
    • A critical literature review
    • A short paper discussing the research question(s), research objectives, research methodology and work done so far.
    • Max 2,500 words (4 pages).
  • Corporate Showcases & Exhibitions – Companies present developments and applications or display latest offerings. Contact secretariat@computing-conf.org for details.

This is a blind peer-reviewed conference.
