About CISS

Hosted by the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Johns Hopkins University, and with technical co-sponsorship by the IEEE Information Theory Society, CISS provides a platform for exchanging ideas and findings in multiple areas of Information Sciences and Systems.
