CoNLL 2026 is a top-tier venue for theoretically, cognitively, and scientifically motivated approaches to computational linguistics and NLP. Venue: San Diego, California, July 3–4, 2026, co-located with ACL. The meeting is in person, with a possibility for online presentations for authors who cannot attend due to visa issues. Submissions are only via OpenReview; an OpenReview profile is required for all authors. Archival and non-archival tracks: archival papers must be anonymous and follow the ACL 2026 template; up to 8 pages of content plus unlimited references; accepted papers get one extra page for the camera-ready (9 pages content total, excluding references and appendices). Non-archival submissions cover work already published in 2024–2026 at relevant venues. Multiple-submission policy follows ACL 2026 / ARR. Timeline (11:59pm UTC−12h, AoE): submissions open January 30, 2026; submission deadline February 19, 2026; notification April 21, 2026; camera-ready May 12, 2026; conference July 3–4, 2026.
