Call for Papers: ICCSA 2025

The 25th International Conference on Computational Science and Its Applications (ICCSA 2025) will be held on June 30 - July 3, 2025, at Galatasaray University, Istanbul, Türkiye.

ICCSA 2025 offers both onsite and virtual participation options, with virtual registration available at a reduced fee.

About ICCSA

Computational science is a main pillar of most present research, industrial and commercial activities and plays a unique role in exploiting innovative Information and Communication Technologies. The ICCSA Conference offers an opportunity to bring together scientists of different disciplines, discuss new issues, tackle complex problems, and find advanced solutions that breed new trends in computational science.

Submitted papers will be subject to stringent peer review by at least three experts and carefully evaluated based on originality, significance, technical soundness, and clarity of exposition. Accepted papers will be published by Springer-Verlag in Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS). Selected top-quality papers will be invited for extended versions to be published in highly recognized international journals.

Paper Submission Categories

• General Tracks and Workshops' Full Papers:

  • Length: 12 to 18 pages
  • Format: According to LNCS rules.
  • Publication: In Springer LNCS Conference Volumes Set.

• General Tracks and Workshops' Short Papers:

  • Length: 8 to 11 pages
  • Format: According to LNCS rules.
  • Publication: In LNCS Conference Volumes Set (separate section).

• PhD Showcase Papers:

  • Length: 10 to 18 pages
  • Format: According to LNCS rules.
  • Publication: In LNCS Conference Volumes Set (separate section).

All papers must deal with original and unpublished work, not submitted for publication elsewhere. Reviews will be conducted using the Single Blind review method.

• October 7, 2024: Start of Workshop proposal submission
• November 7, 2024: Deadline for Workshop proposal submission
• November 8, 2024: Start of Abstract and Paper Submission
• March 28, 2025: Deadline for abstract and paper submission to the General Tracks.
• April 15, 2025: Deadline for reviewers
• April 20, 2025: Notification of Acceptance
• May 8, 2025: Submission deadline for the final version of the Proceeding Paper (hard deadline)
• May 8, 2025: Registration and payment ends (hard deadline)
• June 30 - July 3, 2025: ICCSA 2025 Conference
