The 19th ACM International Conference on Recommender Systems (RecSys 2025) will be held in Prague, Czech Republic, from September 22nd to 26th, 2025. This conference is the premier international forum for presenting new research results, systems, and techniques in the field of recommender systems, bringing together leading international research groups and industry experts.

RecSys 2025: Call for Contributions

The 19th ACM Conference on Recommender Systems (RecSys 2025) will take place from September 22nd to 26th, 2025, in Prague, Czech Republic. RecSys is the premier international forum for research on the foundations and applications of recommendation technologies.

Full Papers

We welcome high-impact original papers that contribute to all aspects of recommender systems. Papers must be self-contained, limited to 8 pages (using the ACM 2-column template), with up to 2 pages for references. Appendices also count towards the 8-page limit.

Submission Guidelines

  • Submissions must be anonymous (except for Resource papers in the Reproducibility track) and in PDF format via EasyChair. Specific track links will be provided.
  • Formatting: Use the ACM 2-column template. Detailed instructions for Word and LaTeX are available on the website.
  • In-Person Attendance: RecSys 2025 is an in-person conference. All accepted contributions are expected to be presented in person.
  • Pre-print Policy: Anonymous versions can be posted on arXiv. Non-anonymized versions with significant overlap must be disclosed. Non-anonymized papers cannot be posted on pre-print sites during the review period.
  • Use of AI Policy: Authors must disclose the use of generative AI tools in an "Acknowledgments" section. Authors are responsible for any inaccuracies or violations.
  • Plagiarism Policy: Plagiarism will be checked. Reuse of text must be cited. Violations may lead to rejection or referral to ACM Publications Ethics.
  • Ethical Review: Compliance with ethical and regulatory guidelines for human-subjects research is expected.
