The 2nd Applied Computing Conference (ACC) 2025 aims to address key issues in applied computing and related technical fields. It will be held in Porto from November 1-3, 2025. The conference proceedings will be published with ISBN and DOI, and selected papers will be invited for extended publication in the IADIS Journal. ACC is a blind peer-reviewed conference.
Applied Computing Conference 2025 (ACC)
The Applied Computing 2025 conference aims to address the main issues of concern within the applied computing area and related fields. This conference covers essentially technical aspects. The conference will be held from November 1 - 3, 2025 in Porto.
This is a blind peer-reviewed conference. The conference proceedings will be published in the form of a book and digital copy with ISBN, and will be submitted for indexing (e.g., Crossref, DOI).

Contribution Types
- Full Papers: (max 8 pages / 5,000 words) - accomplished research results.
- Short Papers: (max 4 pages / 2,500 words) - work in progress reports or fresh developments.
- Reflection Papers: (max 2 pages / 1500 words) - review recent research, indicate findings, suggest new approaches, or analyze trends.
- Posters / Demonstrations: (max 1 page + poster/demo) - for exposure at the conference.
- Tutorials: (max 250 words proposal) - proposed by scholars or company representatives.
- Panels: (max 250 words proposal) - discussions on selected topics.
- Invited Talks: abstract in proceedings.
- Doctoral Consortium: (max 2,500 words / 4 pages) - for PhD students to discuss ongoing work.
- Corporate Showcases & Exhibitions: Presentations and exhibit booths for companies.

- Authors of selected papers will be invited to submit extended versions to the IADIS Journal on Computer Science and Information Systems.
