The 18th International Conference on the Developments in eSystems Engineering (DeSE2025), themed "AI and Industry 4.0 for a Sustainable World", will be held from November 10-12, 2025, in Bucharest, Romania. DeSE is an international, non-profit conference focused on eSystem Developments, AI, Sensors, and Industry 4.0, with proceedings published annually by IEEE.

About DeSE2025

The 18th International Conference on the Developments in eSystems Engineering (DeSE2025) will continue the success of the previous DeSE conferences, which was established in 2008. DeSE is an international, core-ranked, non-profit conference that disseminates the latest knowledge in eSystem Developments including; Artificial Intelligence (AI), Intelligent Systems Applications, Evolutionary Computations, Fuzzy Systems, Neural Networks, Bioinformatics and Bioengineering, robotics, Smart Applications, Sensors, and other related subjects that support Industry 4.0.

The conference is technically sponsored by IEEE, with proceedings that have been published annually by IEEE explore since the start of DeSE back in 2008. DeSE2025 will provide a leading forum for disseminating the latest results in eSystem Development, AI, Sensors, and Industry 4.0.

Submission Guidelines

  • All submitted papers will be peer-reviewed and accepted papers published in the conference proceedings.
  • The proceedings will be submitted to be reviewed by IEEE, and if it meets IEEE quality review standards, then it may be eligible for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. The papers will be also included in SCOPUS and will be indexed by other relevant indexation services.
  • Authors of selected papers will be invited to submit extended versions to an eSystems Engineering Society Journal.
  • Only .pdf or .doc files will be accepted for paper submission.
  • Final author manuscripts should not exceed 6 pages, with a maximum of 4 extra pages allowed at an additional cost.

  • Notification of acceptance: One month after submission
  • Submission of camera-ready papers: 01/10/2025
