CNSM 2025: Call for Papers
The 21st International Conference on Network and Service Management (CNSM) will be held in Bologna, Italy, from October 27 to October 31, 2025. The conference theme is AI and Sustainability in the Future of Network and Service Management.
CNSM is a selective single-track conference that covers all aspects of network and service management, pervasive systems, enterprises, and cloud computing environments.

Submission Guidelines
- Authors are invited to submit original contributions that have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere.
- Papers should be prepared using the IEEE 2-column conference style.
- Full papers are limited to 9 pages including references.
- Short papers are limited to 5 pages including references.
- Papers exceeding page limits, multiple submissions, and self-plagiarized papers will be rejected without further review.
- All other papers will get a thorough single-blind review process, followed by a rebuttal phase.
Publication
Papers accepted and presented at CNSM 2025 will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. Authors of selected papers accepted for publication in the CNSM 2025 proceedings will be invited to submit an extended version of their papers to the IEEE Transactions on Network and Service Management journal.
