Call for Papers - IEEE GLOBECOM 2025

The IEEE Global Communications Conference (GLOBECOM) will be held in Taipei, Taiwan, from 8 to 12 December 2025. Themed “Sustainable Communications for Ubiquitous Intelligence,” this flagship conference of the IEEE Communications Society will feature a comprehensive high-quality technical program.

Prospective authors are invited to submit original technical papers of their previously unpublished work. Only original papers that have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere will be considered.

All papers for technical symposia (including Selected Areas in Communications) should be submitted via EDAS.

Author and Submission Guidelines

• Plagiarism and Double Submission: IEEE policy strictly prohibits plagiarized material and papers submitted to other conferences simultaneously. Violators may face action.
• Presentation Requirement: An author of an accepted paper must register for the conference and present the paper. Failure to present may result in exclusion from distribution (including IEEE Xplore).
• Page Length Limits:
  • Initial submissions for review: SIX (6) printed pages (10-point font).
  • Final submissions: Maximum SIX (6) printed pages (10-point font), including figures. One (1) additional page is allowed at an over length page charge of US$100.
• Templates:
  • Microsoft Word: A4, US letter
  • LaTeX: Standard IEEE conference templates
• Publication: Accepted and presented technical papers will be published in the IEEE GLOBECOM 2025 Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore®.
• EDAS Submission: All papers must be submitted to the official GLOBECOM 2025 submission system via EDAS.
