The IEEE International Conference on Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITSC) 2025, the premier forum for researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to present and discuss the latest innovations in the field of intelligent transportation systems, will be held in Gold Coast, Australia, from November 18 – 21, 2025.

Authors are invited to submit papers focused on intelligent transportation systems. Submitted papers will be published in IEEE Xplore and may be presented in either a long or short interactive presentation format, including posters.

Invited Sessions

Authors are encouraged to consider submitting their papers to one of the accepted Invited Sessions, which offer focused discussions on timely and specialized topics within the ITS community. To do so, please refer to the list of accepted sessions and use the corresponding session code when submitting your manuscript via the PaperPlaza Portal.

Manuscript Preparation

• Page Limit: 6 pages, with an option for up to 2 additional pages (with extra page charge).
• The page limit includes references, appendices, and any other supplementary content.
• All papers must be submitted in PDF format (up to 6MB) and must adhere to the IEEE double-column format.
