This page presents the Call for Papers of the Main Conference track of ICTERI-2025.

Focus and Approach

ICTERI focuses on research advances, business/academic applications of Information and Communication Technologies, and the design and deployment of ICT Infrastructures. The emphasis is also put on real-world applications of ICT solutions.

Therefore, all contributions are strongly encouraged to demonstrate how and to what purpose the proposed solutions are used or transferred into use, for example by:

• A proof-of-concept implementation
• A prototype in an advanced stage
• A case study involving new tools and/or methodological approaches
• Experimental studies with real use cases, including knowledge or technology transfer

Reports on academic-industrial partnerships for ICT innovation and knowledge transfer are as welcome as technological and methodological submissions.

We solicit submissions of original work, not previously published or submitted for publication elsewhere, that address one or more of the topics within one of the Conference Tracks.

Language

The language of the Main ICTERI Conference is ENGLISH. A paper submitted in any other language will be rejected without review. Presentations in any other language are also not accepted.

Presentation Policy

If your paper is accepted for ICTERI 2025, it must be presented at the conference by one of its authors, who commit to registering and attending the conference in person. The Program Chairs reserve the right to exclude papers that have not been presented physically at the conference from the published proceedings.

All deadlines are "Anywhere on Earth" (23:59Hawaii) time:

• Paper abstract submission: Monday, April 21, 2025
• Paper submission (all paper types) – extended deadline: Monday, May 05, 2025 – Monday, May 12, 2025
• Acceptance notification: Monday, July 07, 2025
• Camera-ready papers submission: Monday, August 04, 2025
• Registration (authors of accepted papers): Monday, August 04, 2025

Proceedings and Indexing

ICTERI publishes its proceedings with Springer in their CCIS Series (pending approval for 2025). Springer CCIS volumes are indexed by:

Fees

ICTERI 2025 does not charge any conference fee. Participation is free. Travel and accommodation are paid by the participants. Sponsors cover the rest of the conference expenses.
