ISC'2025: Call for Papers

The 23rd annual Industrial Simulation Conference (ISC'2025) will be held from June 3-5, 2025 at the University of Skovde, Skovde, Sweden.

Aim

The aim of ISC'2025 is to give a complete overview of this year's industrial simulation related research and to provide an annual status report on present day industrial simulation research within the European Community and the rest of the world.

The conference aims to facilitate the exchange of techniques and ideas among universities and industry, supporting the integration of simulation in the everyday workplace.

The ISC'2025 Conference will cover the following tracks:

• Discrete Event Simulation Methodology, Languages and Tools
• Artificial Intelligence, IOT AND VR Graphics Applied to Industry
• Complex Systems Modelling
• Simulation in Robotics
• Simulation in Engineering
• Simulation in Collaborative Engineering
• Simulation in Manufacturing
• Simulation in Logistics and Traffic
• Datamining Business Processes, Geosimulation AND Big Data
• Simulation in Economics and Business
• Simulation in Economic and Risk Management
• Simulation in Sustainable Development
• VR/AR Simulations in Education
• Meta Analysis for synthesizing Data
• Machine Learning Techniques for detecting Problem Gambling

Special Track

• Smart Cities' Simulation, organized by the SUC Institute, UN Sustainable Development Goals

Authors of accepted papers which fall within the scope of the Smart Cities'Simulation, after passing a selection by the LivCom Board, will be invited to submit their unmodified ISC'2025 papers at the 2025 LivCom Awards

Submission Guidelines

Send all submissions in an ELECTRONIC FORM ONLY in Microsoft Word format or Adobe PDF format indicating the designated track and type of submission (full paper or an extended abstract) to EUROSIS, For submissions also please put in the subject in your Email to Philippe.Geril@eurosis.org, the following indications: ISC'2025 and designated track or USE THE THEMES, WORKSHOPS or the electronic reply page!

Please also provide your name, affiliation, full mailing address, telephone /fax number and Email address on all submissions as well.

Only original papers, which have not been published elsewhere, will be accepted for publication.

Important Dates

• Early bird submission deadline: Friday January 10
• Submission deadline: Wednesday February 5
  • Submit contributed full-papers (5 to 8 proceedings pages) not previously published. These submissions, when accepted will be published as regular or extended papers, depending on their quality
  • Submit three page proposals to present short papers, tutorials, to organise and chair panel sessions, to organise user meetings, vendor sessions or to exhibit software
  • Submit three page abstracts for student and poster session
• Late submission deadline: Tuesday February 25
• Notification of acceptance or rejection: Thursday March 20
• Authors provide camera-ready manuscript: Friday April 25
• Start of the conference: Tuesday June 3 at the University of Skovde, Skovde, Sweden.
• End of the conference and visit to Volvo: Thursday June 5
