InfVis: Call for Papers

The Information Visualisation Theory & Practice (InfVis) conference focuses on presenting current research, state-of-the-art developments, and future directions in visualization and graphics.

InfVis 2025 is a hybrid event, offering both in-person and online participation options.

The conference covers salient aspects and sub-areas of visualisation and graphics through various symposia. The "Information Visualisation" symposium seeks original projects dealing with, but not limited to, the following topics:

Submission Types

Your work may be submitted as:

• Full paper: (6 pages * IEEE format / per registration) - 4 more pages are possible, subject to excess fee charges.
• Short paper: (4 pages * IEEE format / per registration)
• Poster presentation: Accepted poster contributions are presented as posters and accompanied by a 4-page paper in the proceedings.

• 30 Sept 2024: Opening date for paper submissions / Registration online
• 01 February 2025: Symposium submission deadline
• 1 March 2025: Digital Art Gallery D-ART2024 deadline
• 15 May 2025 (Revised Date): Closing date for paper submissions (Some symposium submission deadlines extended to 8 June 2025)
• 15 June 2025 (Revised Date): Notification of Reviewing Result – acceptance or rejection
• 25 June 2025 (Revised Date): Submission of camera-ready
• 20 June 2025 (Revised Date): Early registration closes (reduced fee applies)
• 30 June 2025: Closing date for submission of the Video / Poster display version
• 30 June 2025: Doctoral Research Workshop – closing date for abstract submission
• 30 June 2025: Tutorial Registration Cancellation & Refund date
• 20 July 2025: Registration closing dates (Pre-Registration date)
• 5 Aug 2025: Tutorial Day and Doctoral Research Workshop
• 06 – 08 Aug 2025: Conference Days

Publication

Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IV 2025 Conference Proceedings and submitted to Conference Publishing Services, as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases. Extended versions of selected papers will be published as a special issue or edited books.
