MMAR 2025: Call for Papers

The 29th International Conference on Methods and Models in Automation and Robotics (MMAR 2025) will take place in Międzyzdroje, Poland, from Tuesday, August 26 to Friday, August 29, 2025.

Introduction

MMAR is an annual conference that has been held since 1994. The conference aims to bring together engineers and scientists from academia, research institutes, and industry to discuss the latest developments and requirements in traditional and non-traditional areas of Automation and Robotics. • Paper Length: Please note that papers must be between 4 and 6 pages long.

Participation Options

• Onsite Participation: The organizers hope most participants will decide to attend and enjoy the conference on-site.
• Online Participation: For those who have objections against travelling and attending the event on-site, it is possible to participate online by presenting papers and taking part in all sessions by means of video conference. Technical requirements for online presentations can be found in the ONLINE PARTICIPATION section.

• Final deadline for full paper submission: 7 April 2025
• Notification of Acceptance: 19 May 2025
• Author Registration and Payment: 20 June 2025
• Camera-Ready Paper Submission: 20 June 2025
• Deadline for Online Presentation Submission: 15 August 2025
• Conference Dates: 26-29 August 2025

Publication

The conference program and abstracts will be published as a booklet with an ISBN. Full papers will be published on an accompanying USB. The proceedings of the conference will be submitted for review and approval for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library. Proceedings of MMAR 2010-2024 are also available at SciVerse Scopus and indexed in Web of Science.
