  • Anonymization is required:
    • Do not include author names or affiliations.
    • Refer to your own prior work in the third person.
    • Avoid titles that correspond to publicly available technical reports.
    • Anonymize the bibliographic section appropriately.
  • Papers that are not properly anonymized may be rejected without review.
  • Authors may choose to disclose information about their work during the review process (e.g., talks, preprints, vulnerability disclosures).
  • For questions regarding anonymity or ethical considerations, contact the program committee chairs at raid25.pc.chairs@gmail.com.

Human Subjects and Ethical Considerations

Submissions involving experiments on human subjects, analysis of data derived from human subjects, or that may put humans at risk should:

  • Disclose ethics review board approval (e.g., IRB).
  • Discuss steps taken to ensure ethical treatment of participants.
  • If dealing with vulnerabilities, disclose steps taken to address them (e.g., vendor disclosure).
  • If dealing with personally identifiable information (PII) or sensitive data, discuss data handling procedures.
  • Submissions raising significant ethical and legal concerns may be rejected.

Proceedings

  • Accepted papers will be presented at RAID 2025 and published in conference proceedings by Conference Publishing Services (CPS).
  • Papers will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
  • At least one author of each accepted paper must attend the conference to present it.
