The 24th IEEE/WIC International Conference on Web Intelligence and Intelligent Agent Technology (WI-IAT'25) will be held from November 15-18, 2025, in London, United Kingdom. This event will be a hybrid conference, offering both online and offline participation options.

The theme for WI-IAT'25 is: “Web Intelligence = AI in the Connected World”.

About the Conference

WI-IAT'25 provides a premier international forum to bring together researchers and practitioners from diverse fields for the presentation of original research results, and the exchange and dissemination of innovative and practical development experiences on Web intelligence and intelligent agent technology research and applications. It aims to foster understanding of all Web's entities, phenomena, and developments by utilizing human intelligence and networks to create better societies.

Submission Guidelines

  • Papers must be submitted electronically via CyberChair.
  • Submissions must be in standard IEEE Conference Proceedings format (max 8 pages for long papers). Templates are available at IEEE Templates.
  • Workshop papers are limited to 6 pages, and short papers to 5 pages, with an option to extend by up to 2 pages.
  • Submitted papers will undergo a peer review process coordinated by the International Program Committee.
  • All submissions to WI-IAT'25 are single blind (author names and affiliations should be present in the submitted manuscript).
  • Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
