The 17th International Conference on Computational Collective Intelligence (ICCCI 2025) will be held from November 12-15, 2025, in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The conference aims to provide a forum for research in computational collective intelligence, focusing on methods and applications related to processing data and knowledge from autonomous sources. ICCCI 2025 is organized by VNU-HCM International University and Wrocław University of Science and Technology, with proceedings published by Springer.
ICCCI 2025: Call for Papers
The 17th International Conference on Computational Collective Intelligence (ICCCI 2025) will be held on 12-15 November 2025 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
The conference is an international scientific forum for research in the field of Computational Collective Intelligence, focusing on computer-based methods and their applications. The scope includes topics related to processing data and knowledge from autonomous sources, such as collective processing, knowledge integration, data integration, group decision making, multi-criteria decision making, consensus computing, and social networks.
ICCCI 2025 is hosted by VNU-HCM International University, Vietnam and jointly organized by Wrocław University of Science and Technology, Poland in cooperation with IEEE SMC Technical Committee on Computational Collective Intelligence and European Research Center for Information Systems (ERCIS).
The conference will take place exclusively on-site. All accepted papers must be presented in person during the conference in Vietnam.

Other Requirements
- All contributions should be original and not published elsewhere or intended to be published during the review period.
- Papers are invited from prospective authors with interests on the indicated conference topics.
- Contributions from more applied related fields in industry and commerce are very welcome.
- All accepted papers must be presented by one of the authors who must register for the conference and pay the fee.
- Only personally presented papers can be nominated for the Best Paper competition and considered for publication in an expanded form in special issues for prestigious journals.
Review Process
The review process for the conference is highly rigorous, comprising two phases: initial reviews from reviewers, followed by re-evaluation by the Meta-reviewing Committee. Final decisions are made by the Program Committee.
Avoiding Plagiarism and Self-Plagiarism
Authors are requested to avoid plagiarism and self-plagiarism. Springer uses iThenticate software to detect irregularities.
Artificial Intelligence (AI)-Generated Text
The publication of papers containing text generated by artificial intelligence (AI) is strictly prohibited. Reviewers are explicitly instructed to verify that submitted papers are not AI-generated.
